Coconut Almond Bliss Balls Raw Vegan

These Coconut Almond Bliss Balls come with only four ingredients they can be made in 5 minutes and stored in the fridge for several days (although they will probably be eaten much sooner!) and you can freeze them too. Healthy snacking couldn’t be easier these bliss balls are really satisfying.

Coconut Almond Bliss Balls Raw Vegan

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes + extra for coating
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Pulse almonds and coconut flakes in a processor until finely ground.
  • Add maple syrup pulse again until mixed thoroughly and dough consistency.
  • Using your hands form the mixture into about 16 firm balls.
  • Add extra coconut flakes in a small bowl and then roll the balls into the coconut. Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
