Creamy Walnut Pesto Raw Vegan

Raw Food, RECIPES | 23/04/2016 | By

This Creamy Walnut Pesto is made with a handful of raw vegan ingredients and is ready in just minutes. It has the sweetness from the pepper and a little spice from the cayenne pepper. And, it can be made in your food processor faster than the time it takes for the pasta. This pesto is sooo good I just wanted to eat it on its own or as a dip with veggies. But combined with zoodles or spiralized carrots, pumpkin, or Shirataki, you have yourself a whole beautiful meal for lunch or dinner. If you haven’t tried Shirataki noodles yet, have a look at my Raw Ramen Noodle Soup recipe.

If you love zoodles, you have to try my Tagliatelle Pasta alla Cashew Carbonara recipe. We can all benefit from a raw meal at least once a day, whether it’s a salad or something like this walnut pesto. Adding a fresh, life-filled dish to your daily meal plan is good for your overall health in countless ways.
