Dark Chocolate Bark wit Goji Berries

To mask the bitterness, traditional chocolate typically contains a lot of highly processed sugar and chemicals. You’ll know exactly what goes into your chocolate if you make it yourself, and you’ll be able to customize it to your preferences.
Within an hour, you could be eating this chocolate bar at home. This recipe yields 75% dark chocolate, which you can adjust to higher or lower percentages as needed. Homemade chocolate is the way to go, in my opinion.
